Where have you ladies made websites? I really want to make one, but I can not afford to buy a domain. Where have you found an easy and free site to make for your precious angel? TIA

I know some of the gals here have sites or blogs.
Most have a link in their signature.

I also use webbly.. If you just want a webiste, I would go with it, but if you would rather blog or journal more, I would go with a blog. Webbly has a journal spot, it just isn't as easy as a blog website!

bigdaddy.com has domains for 10.99 a year! I use them for a couple of mine and go to a different host for my website itself. INVISION.COM had pretty cheep hosting fee's (depending on how much space you need of course) and all sites come with a free forum board with 24/7 tech support! They ROCK! I also have my own web building software. Might also know that if you want an online site builder and are not familier with FTP then the above invision site might not be what you want to use. There are many sites out there. Have you tried freewebs.com

www.yola.com... I started my website on this and used their builder. It is free to use their builder and they will give you a domain for free under their name. I bought my own domain and added some other things but they are wonderful. You can see the website I used their builder to make at www.rememberingcassie.com. They have alot of useful tips to help you figure out how to build a good site and share other example sites also.

Yola also has a feature where you can make a blog page for yourself in one of your website pages.

I really like my shutterfly website (http://sarahandaustin1.shutterfly.com/). I can upload pictures, videos, photo albums and journals too. You earn free pictures when you upload these things and friends/family can go to the site to order your pictures. I also like my easysite (the link is below my angel ticker). Both of these sites are really easy to work with...so I hope you find one that works for you!

I use Wordpress. I am not very computer savvy and it serves it's purpose. I like that I have statistics and see what search terms brought people to the site.
