My sweet Ethan was born June 23, 2006. I did submit the on line information about NILMDTS about a month ago. I felt the same way, I can not imagine - not having these photos and DVD. I will continue to pray these submissions get read and start to flood Oprah's in box. Your right, these families need this service.

A thought for my husband - love you Kirk!

I think about the day I will meet Ethan in heaven and what he'll be wearing. I didn't get to see his eyes and wonder if he got mine. When I was pregnant with Elijah (my seven yr old) I prayed he'd get my eyes and he did. I too prayed for Ethan to have my eyes. I know they must be beautiful and full of life. My husband doesn't share much about Ethan but one thing he noticed that I didn't - and I'm so glad he shared it at the hospital so I to could marvel in the sight of it - was that his hands were laying flat and opened and that assured Kirk that he went peacefully and wihout pain. His face too, so peaceful. In fact when I look at all our babies they are all at rest, without pain and without suffering. They are so beautiful each and every one of them. I often look at them more than I do Ethan only because all I have to do to see him is think of him or close my eyes. He's embedded into my heart so perfectly - I pray I never loose the the sight of his precious body. I loved holding him in my hands. He looked just like his Daddy!! No kidding it was amazing, even his little skinny calves that was funny. We laughed at the fact that even still so young we could see Kirk completely. My husband even said when we were noticing these things - "Poor Kid!"
