Emergency call 8/25/06

Hi, All.

Yesterday, I got an emergency call about a 26-week old baby boy who was going to be still-born. The hospital was about 2-hours away. Luckily, I was able to make it soon after the mother delivered.

They said they found NILMDTS on the web and saw that I would travel.

The work of NILMDTS is getting around!

Isn't it great to be able to provide these memories to those who want them!

You're right, though, the only time I put my logo on my work is when it goes on the web in any manner. Just a tad of self-protection for anyone who tries to copy them.

I do put put a digital signiture on the images. if someone ever needed to find me, that would be the best way. I do not mind if each photographer puts thier name or a small logo on the images. just keep it small and unobtrosive.
Using the NILMDTS logo would work as well. My concern is that if their is ever a problem the parents or family members would need to be able to find us. We do not really have a way to track our photographers and the sessions yet, so this would help us if needed.
I also belive that the images are your art work. They represent a personal gift from you. NILMDTS is just a vehicle for each photographer to share a part of themself. You should be proud to sign your name on the images.
