Question about getting pregnant again?!

My husband lost our son about a month ago he was 22 weeks. How long should we wait before we try to get pregnant again? Last time it took us a year to get pregnant, will it take that long to get pregnant again, if we decide to try around the 2 1/2 month mark will we be able to get pregnant quicker?

Once you get the okay to start trying and you two are ready to start trying then go for it. Don't go against what the doctor says though, if he says wait 4 months then you should. And how long will it take this time, well that is different for everyone so no one will ever be able to tell you if you are going to get pregnant faster or about the same amount of time as it took for your son. All we can do is share our experience, as for me it only took two months of trying to get pregnant with my son Joshua (born at 25weeks) and it only took two months once I got the okay from the dr to become pregnant with this one. My son was born in Sept but I had woman issues until dec and wasnt to start trying until mid Dec/Jan. Good luck and blowing baby dust your way!

Try again when your doctor says it is ok, you want to give your next baby a strong start. Thay say that you are more fertile after you deliver but I have been trying now for 3 months and have not gotten pregnant yet. I know that it has only been 3 months but that seems like forever when you are ready to be a parent. I miss my Lincoln.
