I was cruising around a Trisomy 18 website and I ran into this page about how to help a grieving loved one. It touched me in so many ways. It helped me better understand myself and those around me. Even though it specifically talks about Trisomy, I think it applies to anyone who has a friend or loved one who has lost a child.

Wow....thank you so much for posting that !!! I think you are right it applies to us all no matter how your loss occurred... I wish I would have seen that a year and 1/2 ago..I would have plastered it all over the place. Some really good points in there and it really touched on exactly how I felt right after my loss all the way up to today almost 19 months later.

thank you
