Need lots of prayer

Well, I am still very early in my pregnancy (only 5 1/2 weeks), but today I started spotting bright red. I know that it can still be normal, but I did not spot with either one of my other pregnancies, and nothing is "normal" for us anymore. I'm scared to death, and not ready to go through what this could be. I went and had a hcg drawn today, I will get the results tomorrow morning. I'm on strict instructions to lay down tomorrow, and I repeat my hcg Friday. But, since Monday is a holiday I won't get the results until Tuesday (which is my first appointment anyways). I'm off tomorrow, but I do have to work Friday. I just need prayers that maybe this isn't what I think it is. Thanks.

Sending prayers your way. I started bleeding around 5 weeks too and I was put on strict bed rest till I got to 9 weeks. I had a hemorrhage that was caused when the baby attached. This is around the time of attachment and bleeding is normal but it's still oh so very scary. You and your new little one are in my prayers.

Thanks ya'll. I got my results for Wednesday's blood draw, my hcg is 1905 which is good. I got my second blood draw today, but because of the holidays I won't know anything until Tuesday! I might have a major meltdown by then, maybe not.....Bleeding has slowed, but having a lot of cramping. Hoping it is just my uterus growing, or something simple.
