Hello,
My name is Sherry Petri. Today marks one year since my son, Jonathan, took the hand of God and slipped quietly out of this world and into eternity. I have created a memorial webpage to tell his story. The address is www.jonathanpetri.last-memories.com (http://www.jonathanpetri.last-memories.com)
I did not know of NILMDTS when he was born, but since the day I found the website, I have been touched by what is done for families. I wish I did not have to be here, but I am so thankful to have found you.

Thank you all that you do for all of us, for sharing your gifts and just for caring. There is someone I need to thank from the bottom of my heart. Her name is Shelley Atkinson, a photographer associated with NILMDTS here in Stafford, Virginia. I first contacted Shelley to get information to provide families who come to Labor and Delivery where I work. She offered to see what she could do with the pictures I have. Yesterday marked Jonathan's 1st year in heaven and Shelley delivered a precious gift of a cd she had created. It is a treasure that I will hold dear for as long as I live.
Cheryl asked about a song that plays on my baby's website. It is called "Held" by Natalie Grant and is on her album titled "Awaken". It was very popular during the time just before and after my baby died. I just know that God inspires songwriters and this one was truly an inspiration to me. I have a list of songs that I listen to when I need strength. My strength does not come from within, it comes from above and often, he delivers it in the form of a song.
