I am saddened to share with you that we miscarried on Monday night.:(
Very Very frustrating! I want to thank everyone for the comforting messages and prayer. The doctor never did detect a heartbeat. We are saddenned, but hopeful. We will try again.:) David and I know that if we are supposed to have a bnother baby that we will. I have Factor Five Leiden (a blood clotting disorder). David and I feel that this blood clot issue played a part in baby Samuels death at 38.5 weeks. This pregnancy was probably lost due to Turners Syndrome(Something to due with the genetics of the fetus). In two weeks , we will do some more blood tests and sit down with our OB-GYN and map out a plan for a future pregnancy.
Admits our pain, I had the priviledge of sharing the work of NILMDTS this week. I was able to share baby Samuels pictures and share the mission of NILMDTS with a business partner of ours.
I also was able to share with two mothers that had lost babies in the past.(due to stillborn)One mother did take pictures of her baby. Unfortunately, they did not turn out. The other mother at the time.(one year ago in Arizona, had her baby) and the hospital took a couple of poloroids of her baby. Are their any NILMDTS photographers in Arizona?
Neither one of these mothers knew about NILMDTS.
Anyway, Please pray for us. We are saddenned, but blessed if this makes any sense. KUDOS to this organization and the fine work it does for families. I want every family to at least know that they to can have pictures of their beautiful babies if they choose. Our baby Sam's pictures on the site soon to come. I am technically challenged.
