I wasnt sure where to post this, so here goes. I figure that NILMDTS would like to know how many babies/children we are photographing. I am not sure the procedure for everytime I attend a session. Is it required to post every time? And if we do, where do we do it. Sometimes, I am not even able to look at the images for a while, cause it takes me a bit of time to re-group. Then also, the past several that I have done lately are still living, and are "terminal" . OK, just wondering what to do next....... I didn't want to be, "not involved" Just want to know what to do. thanks.........

Diane,
I think keeping a data base with all your sessions would be helpful. This could include the date of the session, baby's name, parents' names, parents contact information, etc. At the end of each month, (or what ever time frame is appropriate) you would have this information at your fingertips for reporting. I don't believe you would nessesarily have to post your sessions here~ but keep a personal record.
I'm not sure how easy it would be to keep track of the babies who are terminal, unless the parents would contact you, know what I mean?
Hope this helps.

This is atopic we discussed in Denver, and it is something that we will begin doing. For the meantime, though, I'm going to set up a new room here on the forum, where we'd like everyone to post some fairly basic info on each session. This room, though, will not be designed to carry on discussions about the session, etc. This can be done in the other rooms. What we'll want you to do, is simply list the needed info, maybe post one image, and that is it. For everyone that reads the psot, I'm going to set the room up to where you will not be able to post replies. This will be an info only type room.
In time, we will have a system set up, that everyone types in their info on a special webpage, and that will all go into a database.
