George,
What a wonderful document. This will not only be a great tool for parents but for photographers as well. I am going to make this a sticky. That means that it will always stay at the top of the forum thread. I would hate for someone to miss this.
Thank you again for making this document possible.
With warm regard,
Sandy

George, your file is a wonderful compilation that obviously took many hours to assemble. I found it immeasurably useful this evening. Thank you!

I'm sorry there was a need for it, but glad it was useful. I'm guessing you used it as a photographer making a slide show for a bereaved family? May I ask what parts you found the most useful?

It's a bit differnet. At a NILMDTS infant's funeral 2 months ago a family had seen the video I made, and now they've lost their 5 yr old daughter after an extended illness. They asked me to create a video for them and I needed resources appropriate for that age. The content summaries in your list of "Internet Resources" saved me tremendous time searching on my own. So, again, thanks.

Thank you for putting this together. I will admit, I'm getting a laugh out of all the comments stuff. Some of them are right on the nose.

I'm not sure what you are seeing, but the document is in the very first post and the date on the document is May 2009. May or June 2007 is the date of the original post and not the date of the document itself.
Maybe an admin can help you since I'm not sure if we are seeing different things.
Thx! Yes, I see now that at the bottom of that post it says it was last edited in May 2009.

The document has been updated as of 2/5/2010.
This is a great resource, thank you George! As I was looking through the many suggestions for helping and finding ways to memorialize I noticed a needed update to a link in the Gift Ideas section, #80--Correction to acrylic statuette link:

I have an update to this document, but I can't figure out how to replace the old attachment with the new one. I can't just add it because I don't have enough quota space.

Well, I tried deleting all the images\documents I previously had, but two are still appearing when I manage attachments, and I can't seem to get rid of them. Can anyone help me out?

I think I'm doing something wrong...I can't see any document...just all the posts about how good it is and it's been updated. :(

Tammy, no you are doing everything right. I can't post the updated document until my quota issue is resolved. Still waiting

Ok, Because I can't even find the original document.
George

Yep, I have to remove the original to add the newest version, but I can't add the new one because it's too big. I no longer have the original to add back to this thread.

Kirk Kief has not been running the forum for quite some time. I see him post occasionally, but he had to resign his post as administrator when the organization decided that the staff needed to reside locally in the headquarters area. At least that's the way I recall it.
