Getting material to non registered (forum) photographers

I had dropped off a few brochures to Steve (my photographer) this morning, along with a copy of a letter to send to local hospitals he will service. At this point, he is not registered on the forum, how can he access information to order additional brochures?
Is there anything posted on the NILMDTS site he could access?

Can you get hinm to register on the Forum. There's a wealth of info and he would be such a great asset!

Tammy-ask Steve to email me. I sent him a forum membership number. I can give it to him again by email.
