Dear Sarah, I'm so sorry about the loss of your precious Teegan. She is amazingly beautiful!!! I've said it a million times....it's incomprehsible to lose a child.
Did you ever see the movie "City of Angels"? Nicholas Cage is an angel who decides to become mortal becuase of his love for Meg Ryan. I don't want to be a spoiler in case you haven't seen it, but the message is "Better to have loved and lost". I cannot imagine my life now if I hadn't lost Madeline and Monique. I was a different person back then...I'm clearly a better person now. I can still feel the feeling of being the luckiest people on earth to be expecting identical twins....the luckiest!! That feeling carries me through my difficult days.
I know today is a really, really, REALLY hard day. In fact I cannot begin to understand how you must be feeling. Please know I'm thinking of you and your beautiful little girl...may the stars burn brightly in the sky tonight like a million candles on her cake.
