Need help with a photo

I have a picture of my son while he was alive and very pink so i treasure this picture but if i knew how to edit the nose canula out of the picture so i could see his face with nothing on it i would be so grateful. So if anybody knows how to do that please let me know. Thank you.

Thank you so much for helping me do these things you are a great person as well as everyone else in here. I used to search after i lost my son on the internet for a place to talk to other parents that had to deal with this and this is the greatest place and group of people.
