Dear NILMDTS Photographers,
First and foremost, I personally want to take a moment to express my sincere thanks and deepest gratitude to each and every one of you for becoming affiliated with NILMDTS, and for being the very heart of our organization. With out you, and your willingness to share your professional talents, we could not be the organization we are today. You all hold an amazing power through your profession, and the gift of remembrance you can provide to our families who have experienced an infant loss is; simply put, priceless.
I truly feel in my heart that it was our photographer Steve, who in a way, brought our Baby Chase to life, and marked his perfect little presence on this earth through the images he captured. I am grateful everyday that Steve was there for us, and for the beautiful images he created of our precious son. I will treasure these images of Chase for the rest of my life, and for the families you provide your services to, I'm sure share the same feelings and emotions as I do.
Secondly, I would like to ask for your assistance. As you may already know, we are trying to recruit more photographers through out the country, and abroad. Our goal is to have the ability to provide each and every family who experiences an infant loss with the same opportunity of creating heirloom memories of their baby.
I would like to ask for your thoughts and feelings about NILMDTS; testimonials if you will. There is an area here on the forum “Responses From Affiliated Photographers” for you to make your opinions known.
If you have been involved in a photo session with a family and baby, or if you have attended a training session, please state your thoughts. Also, your opinions about the photographers forum. You can write as much or as little as you like.
With your permission, I would like to include some of your statements and incorporate them into a recruitment letter. Deb Stoner (NILMDTS Parent) and myself have combined our talents to create a letter such as this, but I feel if we could include actual testimonials from you, our affiliated photographers in addition to what we have, we may receive a greater response back. It’s worth a try.
Any assistance you could provide for this purpose would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Tammy Becker
