My baby boy was born Nov.20, 2007 and was fullterm. He weighed 8lbs 13ozs. and was 21 in long. God took him to heaven to make heaven even more beautiful on Nov. 21, 2007. We never got to hold him or see his eyes open and look at us while he was alive. He had PPHN supposedly but with that breathing problem and then having his lung blown out he just couldn't fight anymore. I am guessing it was too painful for him. I thank the NILMDTS photographer Stacey for being there to take some of the most precious memories we have of him. She treated him as if he were alive the whole time she was there. Patting him on the back and talking to him. She was very considerate of our feelings which made it even better. Those pictures she took of our son hang on our walls and are our reminders that he really was here and he was so perfect. Thank you so much NILMDTS. It it wasn't for this photographer I wouldn't have takin pictures of his prefect face but she said she would take them and put them on a cd for me to look at if I ever wanted to, and I did and am so glad she did this or I would have hated myself over it.

He is so beautiful. You must be so proud of your pictures. My baby Joy was 22 weeks when she was taken to heaven. I never even got the chance to see her. I know she is beautiful and I would have been thankful to have gotten beautiful pictures of her.

I finally made a slideshow of MArcus with the music from his funeral and pics of me and my husband and kids and I found pics I didn't even know I had of me pregnant with the kids until 3days ago. So I had to put all those on there along with every breathtaking picture of him. Alive and gone from us. But I made it with my own heartbreaking memories also with the pop up words on the pictures. My Dad was proud of me because it made him cry. He is a parimedic and he is going to take it to show to his emt class he teaches.

Wow Shawnna...you had typed the original post exactly one year ago. Like you said, I'm so glad your NILMDTS photographer was there to capture Marcus' beautiful face, so you can see him whenever you want and introduce him to his little brother. They look so much alike and I'm sure Nathan will feel closer to him because of these images. Thanks for sharing your angel with us.
