Well I am now 32 weeks and hang in there (here)! The crib arrives today so were pretty excited about that. We'll finally be able to finish the nursery this weekend. I have been going in for NSTs and AFI twice a week and although at times it's tireing I am glad they are monitoring me so closely. I am starting to "really" get big in the belly and have a hard time getting around. It's finally caught up to me - the uncomfortable "time!" LOL :) Aside from that I am scheduled for a C-section on 5 May! So, 7 more full weeks as of yesterday! I can not wait! I'm still really nervous but try not to think about it to much!

Hi Linda,

Well, I'm so glad to hear that your feeling back to normal again and recovered from the bout of influenza that you had. Glad to hear that Mason is just hanging out in your womb!!!! I'm sure you are getting uncomfortable. I remember those feelings all too well. Hang in there and enjoy these last 7 weeks you have with him inside. I'm sure that Mason's big brother can't wait to see his new little brother. Enjoy that moment that they first meet because it will be here sooner than you think. Have a great Easter and thanks again for the update.

Love,

Brooke-Mommy to Carter, Ethan, Caden, &

Dear Linda, Hang in there. I, also, had to have the twice weekly NST and AFIs when I was pregnant with Teddy. It was physically and emotionally exhausting. Please try to schedule a little time for yourself each week so you can re-charge.
Thinking good thoughts for you and Mason!

Thanks everyone! Yes Elijah is more than excited about lil' Mason's arrival. He is going to be the best big brother ever! :) I can not wait for that moment when they meet...ok pregnancy tears! He's been through so much and to be able to give him a brother that he can hold will be so overwelming!

Elijah will be a great BB. I remember the exact moment that Eli met Gretchen. We handed her to him on the couch and he had a smile from ear to ear. Then he whispered "she moved". I know he was wondering because when he held Marah of course she didn't move. It was the most tender moment!

So I'm now 34/2 weeks pregnant and had another doctors visit today. Lil' Mason showed off for his NST. He was quite the active little guy. I tech asked what I had for lunch. "Well ~ at work they had a chili cook off so I had to eat at work!" :) I had Chili, corn break, a soda and for desert strawberry shortcake. No wonder he was so excited for his NST. She said it must have been the Strawberry Shortcake! :) You'll have to have that every week. I can't argue with that! LOL Aside from todays visit I'm tired and ready! I can not wait to have my ancles and fingers back. They are so swollen right now!

Lil' Mason must be a sweet baby if he likes strawberry shortcake! Glad all went well for you today, that is great news. And I think you should have that strawberry shortcake daily! I will keep you in my prayers.

I'm now 36 1/2 wks and truckin' along. Mason can no longer be called lil' anymore. He feels so big now. I go to see the doctor tomorrow and have my AFI checked. I'm feeling "very" ready!!! My back is killin' me, I've been having contractions regularly and I'm more tired then I've ever been. Let's pray for all the best. I'll feel really good after Sunday and I'm over 37 weeks. Thanks for thinking of me and lifting my family up!!

It's a good time to take it easy and try to relax as much as you can (I know that it is much, much, much easier said than done). Glad all is well. I have and will keep you and your family in my prayers.
Are you sick of strawberry shortcake yet?

Kirk will have Elijah and Nutmeg! LOL I probably shouldn't ask for to much more. Lord knows if I ask him to upload pics he might forget to feed Elijah lunch or let the dog out to potty. Baby steps, Deb baby steps! LOL I'm just kidding - Kirk is a great daddy and he'll be just fine with me in the hospital. I'll ask him to at least send them your way and you could post them for me. He might not know how to post them on the forum but he can send them via e-mail for sure! :)
