New Photographer

Hello to everyone. My name is Lisa Kammel and I am a new affiliated photographer ( still in approval status) to NILMDTS. I decided to join in memory of my brother Michael James Schneider. He was born 5 weeks early in 1961 and at the time taking pictures of ill or passed away babies was not an accepted practice. Because of this my parents don't have any pictures of him. They also weren't encouraged to hold him even in his last moments on this earth. He lived 3 days. They didn't even discharge my mother until after his funeral. I want to give other people what my parents didn't get. My mother is also going to give her part. She loves to sew and knit. She is going to make little keepsake outfits for the parents to keep. I will place a note in the gift from her. Since I am new I am not sure if her contribution would be acceptable or not . Give me your opinion on this please.

Lisa, Of course it would be. This would be something she would donate directly to you. What a lovely thing for her to do. I sure that it will help her very much...

Wow. Welcome your help and abilities will be grately appreciated by these families. When I get back in my right mind I am going to start making my booties and blankets again to donate to the hospitals here in my sons memory. Welcome, welcome, welcome, welcome!!!!
