Some of my angels will be having their 1st Birthdays soon. I want to send a card, but don't know what's right also what to write in it. Any sugestions would be wonderful. Thanks in advance

MaryLouise,
A simple 'I am thinking of you and your son XXXX today' would simply be enough. I think that is all a parent could ask for....

I agree - a simple thinking of you card. It will be comforting for the parents to receive a card a year later when they are probably thinking that so many people may have forgotten...what a nice thought!

Thanks Cheryl and Joanne,
I thought of that but did't know if that would be enough. It follows what I believe, sometimes less is more.
Thanks again.

Yep- I'm a little late to chime in, but I agree 100%- just knowing that somebody else remembers is huge.

ditto. I received a card from my nurses on Marah's first bday and it simply stated what Cheryl said above. I was so thankful that someone other than family remembered her. I loved seeing her name in print.

One of the best thing people can do for me is to let me know that they are thinking of or remembering Kavya. It subdues my greatest fear - that she will be forgotten. And knowing that she has touched others really lets me know what a big difference she made in the world in the couple of hours she was here.
