i finally feel connected to a group who understands our loss of helen. i am looking forward to knowing you all better and having a place to turn when the pain is unbareable. i am also very thankful for NILMDTS and the love and honor that is shown to the families of loss.

i have been working with families of loss for over 2 years sewing burial gowns and until now have felt alone in my mission to reach others. i am thankful we can now offer this outlet for healing in western north carolina!

I am so sorry for your loss. I hope that you find some peace, understanding and friendship here with NILMDTS. I am new, I just joined a few weeks ago. Already I feel such a connection to this wonderful organization, and I hope to offer as much comfort when I am called as many others have already done. You are not alone, as I have found out these past weeks, there are many, many unheard angels out there willing to lend a helping hand and overflowing love filled heart. We just don't toot our own horn so loud that recognition for ourselves outweights the recognition for what our mission is all about. Welcome, feel free to contact me when you need to , I am from Kernersville - not too far from you. I will lend a listening ear and open heart whenever you need.

Sorry you had to meet us this way but I am thankful for all the things you do for people. My daughter Mallory would of been three this year also and she died from a cord accident as well. Scary how many babies don''t make it, everyone's life is not picture perfect. I see more of it now then I did before I lost my own. I hope to one day help others at the hospital in where I am in need. With my other three children makes it hard to give all that I want but I have helped other parents on this forum find answers to the mystery of their babies death. We found them with the help of my uncle that is a placenta pathologist. I am really good friends with one of them. She was even able to go on and have a baby girl just last month. Made me feel good to help others where they would of been left with unanswered questions and part of healing is knowing what happened and what you can do to prevent it. I am hear if you ever want to talk I love meeting new people and love to listen..
