Yesterday was Kavya's four month birthday. In memory, I decided to do something different. I have been writing alot of poetry for Kavya. I decided to get my family in on it. I told them all (mother, husband, sister, neices, bro-in-law) that I would like them to write a small couple of sentences or verse about Kavya, and I would try to put it all together into a poem of some sort. So they all did. I'm still working on it, but I thought it was a great idea. And I got to hear some beautiful thoughts on my daughter. For example...My sister wrote, "How do you pack a lifetime into five minutes? With love. I held a lifetime in my arms." I got many different beautiful words with which I'm going to try to (with a bit of editing) make a poem. I will try to remember and post it when I get it finished!
