I had the neatest experience when I arrived to L&D. I was admitted and the nurse came in. After a few hours she said your night shift nurse will be in just a few. I knew this was the lady who would be with me for the night as I prepared to have Mason. When she came in she had the sweetest most sincere face and eyes. On her lanyard was a butterfly (what a surprise huh?) not really just one more way Ethan let us know he was there. It was amazing! Then one doctor after another came in and guess what? They all had NILMDTS lanyards on. I just felt so great knowing Ethan was there and all of your spirits of love and support were there. I loved that the doctors who delived Mason that day supported us here and supported our losses. I was so blessed. I shared Ethan with them and they listened!!! :D

Thanks Cheryl, I'm doing great and feeling wonderful. I've never seen Kirk work so hard. He and Elijah both are working themselves to the bone. Tomorrow Kirk is taking Elijah to see the Colorado Crush so I'm headed to my friend Jennifer's house for dinner. Kirk will be back to work next week so if you'd like to get together give me a call or PM me and we'll set up a lunch date.

Awww Linda this is so neat to hear! I'm so happy for you and can't wait to see his photos. What a beautiful story to add to his memory book. :) How his Angel Brother was there when he was born. :)

This is such a sweet story... we were just talking about great nurses in the photographer's section and how it would be nice to get photos of them, too!
That's so touching about the doctors... just amazing.
I am ready to hold this little baby, and welcome him into this world...
*HUGS* That's so sweet... I'm sure Maddux and Ethan will be smiling down on you two!
