I have been struggling the last week or so. 2 Tuesdays ago I went to the Dr. Apparently, they found out that I have an antibody in my blood that could cause this baby to die also. They suspect that maybe that is why my placenta seperated with Dominic. Basically my body attacks the placenta like a virus. It is different than the Rh issue. I have to go see some specialists. They basically explained that the only thing they can do for me is watch my levels of antibodies and if they get too high and the baby is viable, I needed to have a c/s. If my levels get to high before baby is viable, then we have to just sit back and leave it in Gods hands. It makes me mad that this wasn't found out with my last pregnancy, but apparently my levels went up after my initial bloodwork. It makes me mad to know that an ANTIBODY could have killed my baby. I would rather have went on thinking that it was a freak accident. Now I can't even get excited because I feel like I will lose this baby too. Please pray for us. I can't lose another one. If I do, my factory will be closing.
The day they told me all of this info, my DH totaled our car. We are working on buying a new one, but I feel like my life is constant **** since Dominic died. I feel like I can't catch a break. Why do things HAVE to be so difficult.
