Angel Babies 5K Fundraiser

My cousins participated in a 5K run/walk fundraiser for Hinds Hospice Angel Babies Program in Fresno, CA last Saturday. Prior to the finish line there were Angel Markers that the walker/runner can pick up and cross the finish line with. There was one there for Grace and I attached photos of the marker and finish line. Although I was not there, I think this is another great way to honor our babies and am deeply touched that my cousins thought of us and remembered Grace. My parents will be bringing our Angel Marker in June, I am excited to place it in my yard.
I am also curious if anyone has heard of any other events like this in the Denver, CO area? Maybe a great fundraiser idea for NILMDTS............

That is very cool. There is a Walk to remember the 1st weekend of October for those who have lost a child. I've been a few times. If you go to www.walktoremember.org you can get more information (i think that is the link).

Can't wait for our angel playdate in a few weeks.

I looked at the site for the walk but it only has last years information I was wondering if you would know if they were having a walk this year?

There are walks like it all over the country I believe. I think they are having a walk again since they've already had 4 years worth. You might just want to contact the people who did it and check. Also you might want to just google walk to remember. Happy belated Mother's day.
