I just thought I would share two things that I found the other day.
The first one is a picture frame. As much as I love my pictures of Justin after he was born, I truly cherish my ultrasound pictures. Those are the only images I have of him alive. I have a 3d one that I love and found the perfect frame for it. It is meant for an ultrasound photo so the picture size is small. It is white and has silver hearts and simply says, "So little so loved". What a perfect sentiment for my little boy. You can get it at babies r us. I will try and post an image when I get a chance.

The second thing I found was a pregnancy book. I had so looked forward to doing a baby book for Justin and even after he died, I still wanted to do something. But of course every baby book published has a few pages for the birth and hospital stay and the rest is saved for the first year milestones. That obviously doesn't work for me and Justin. However, this pregnancy book has you journal the milestones of your pregnancy and then includes the last few pages for the birth. It also has some of the fun things like, a place for headlines etc from when your baby was born. The only modification I had to make was to tear out all of the baby shower pages since I never had one. Otherwise, it was perfect and allows me to make Justin a baby book. His life was my pregnancy and his birth and that is was this book covers. It also has places for pictures of you while pregnant, ultrasound photos and afew hospital mementos.

I found both of these at babies u rs and they are both available online if you do not want to go into the store.

Jayme,

I think these are fantastic ideas! Anything that helps celebrate your child's life no matter how short is so important.

Thank you for sharing.

Jayme,
I'm so glad you found just the right thing for you! It can be very hard to find things appropriate for parents in our situation, but it's so uplifting to find just the right thing to help record your memories of your child.

Jayme,
Those are wonderful and thank you for sharing the links.
You have me thinking now. Since my angel, 13 years ago, I have been using the standard baby books. Even though she was born still I recorded in the pages of the baby book. So when a milestone listed in the book was at about the age she would have been I just wrote what I imagined she would be doing in heaven at that age (first steps/walking in baby book=You took your fist steps upon the heavenly clouds this month of February, 2009 or first outing in baby book=Your first outing was with Jesus to meet the other heavenly angel babies). I did this for the 5 years the standard baby book I had went up to. Since I have kept a journal.
I think other options would also be to make your own book. There are many places you can do that now like mpix, shutterfly and such. I may look into making one for angel babies if there would be anyone interested. I will post it in another thread and look for ideas and suggestions.
