On thursday I got a call from my sister in law whom I am very close to. She was 19 1/2 weeks pregnant and went into premature labor. She had Aiden Paul friday night at about 9 pm weighing 9.3 oz and 9 1/2 inches long. Aiden joined our angel sometime on friday morning before he was delivered. My heart is broken for them. She has been one that was always there for me with everything with Payton while he was in the hospital and after we lost him and now she is walking in the same shoes and once again every emotion I felt when we let payton go has come back to me.
Aiden was born with a few birth defects they are doing testing to see what they actually are but he has something with his ear and lip and here comes I guess the thing that shocked me even more he to was born with the same birth defect Payton was ...Gastroschesis. How in the world can that be. Doctors said though that even with the birth defects none of them would have caused her to go into preterm labor. They did tests on the baby and the placenta and are suppose to get some of the results on Tuesday. Monday Aidens body will be laid to rest right next to his grandpa. Please pray for Kristie and Devon as many of us know what lies ahead for them and please pray for me to have the strength to help them get thru this and be there for them the way they were and have been for me.

Oh Lyssa....I'm so sorry to hear your sad news. Honestly, I'm so glad she will have a true friend and someone to go to for support. Bless you for being there for her like she has been for you.
They will be in my prayers tonight.

Lyssa I am sooo sorry to hear your sad news! I will keep them in my prayers, along with you! They thought a friend of mine was going to have problems with her baby I remember how I felt like it was me when I was told I would lose Jarell all over again so I can understand that you are feeling very devastated for them and for you. Those fresh feelings never are forgotten! Again, I am so sorry and you will call be in my prayers!!!

As has been said, I'm so very sorry for your sister and her family. And, of course, for you as I know this brings everything crashing back on you, as well. Your entire family is in my prayers and thoughts.
Did they have any photos made that maybe some of our retouch artists could take care of so you can have a print on display for the services? Please, when she is ready, steer your sister to this forum so she can have the support and guidance of our members.

Lyssa . . .
This is so sad for your family . . . you all have my prayers. You will be of great comfort to her in the days to come. You have more understanding than others and will be able to offer her a shoulder when others may not see that she needs one.
Keep us posted and let her know that there is a safe place for her here if she ever needs that . . .

Thanks so much guys so far we are doing okay with things and I have stayed with and I got to be the only one to see him as my SIL fear what others may think of little Aiden. But he is precious. Keep praying they havent hit the worst yet they are suppose to be getting test results in a few weeks and sometimes that can be devastating we all know that. Thanks again my dear friends
