Please keep my daughter in your prayers. She is having her gallbladder out this am. I'm home with my grandson ,
the waiting is terrible.
Thanks and hugs

I emailed you. I had mine removed 3 1/2 years ago and although I was scared, everything went perfect (given how sick I was). I'm keeping her in my prayers.

Sorry it took so long for an update. Thank you all for the prayers & well wishes. The surgery took longer than expected. The gallbladder was very enlarged and contained over 100 stones. Can you beleive they count them!!! Someone needs to get a life. LOL
My son in law came home from the hospital around noon so I could go. Alicia was determined to come home that night and at 9 pm she was able to leave the hospital. Now if we can just keep Aidan ( her son) from running into her, we'll be all set. He just wants to be with her.
Thanks again.
Hugs

My heart goes out to your daughter - I had this surgery recently and the recovery was horrible - they bruised my ribs and the gas pain from the laproscopy was terrible. I hope she has an easier time and is getting plenty of rest. Glad to hear everything came through okay.
And WOW!! 100 stones? I only had 4, but they were the size of driveway rocks! They gave me a pic and I never dreamed they would be so huge - I was figuring the size of small pebbles!
