View Full Version : US image of our new addition

Hey, everyone. I finally got a new scanner so was able to scan the US image from my Dr. appointment on July 24th. So I thought I would share my little cutie pie with you. His/her head is to the right, bottom to the left. You can see little bumps that are her arms by her neck, and little bumps that are her legs by her rear. I couldn't believe the change from just two weeks prior when s/he looked like a little blip inside a sac!

Wait until he or she is 12 weeks they change that much more! I couldn't believe it already looked like a small baby. Had cheeks and nose and eye sockets. Already had long legs and arms and wouldn't be still! I am glad everything is going ok

I know - they change so fast, and I don't think I'll get another US until a bit later - I go back to the Dr at 12 weeks, but no US then! I wish I just had a little window that I could open up and peek that everything is OK once and a while!

My doc is letting me get the ultrasounds done for my sanity!LOL! They just do it real quick so they don't have to charge for it. My insurance won't pay for very many unless its high risk but nothing went wrong in my pregnancy its after delivery that has its problems with me. I am thankful they are doing it this way. You otta ask and see if they will do you the same way. I might find out what I am having at the end of this month not sure though.
