We had our first OB appointment and she let us do an ultrasound. (She's usually the don't intervene if you dont have to and only does an ultrasound at 18-20 weeks) I was very excited as we never got to see Justin this little. You can't tell which end is which yet but there was a little flutter in the middle where the heart was beating.

I felt a lot more nervous than I thought I was going to be, I kept looking for interpretation in every thing that was said and done. Both the tech and OB said everything looks good. So, we will hang on to that for 4 weeks until we see her again.

Congratulations - what a relief to see that little flutter. I have a similar scan. Wait until your next - you wont believe how much changes in four weeks!! I keep thinking - our bodies must be working so much harder than we think, growing these amazing little babies for us to love!

I guess I missed this one. Congrats on the peanut i know its exciting seeing that the baby is growing and is alive. I love being able to feel my baby move around now.
