Beautiful, Cheryl! I'm always glad to see 'us' get the word out to the public so that we can help more families that are in need.

Thanks for sharing.

Cheryl . . .

The last line in that piece really says VOLUMES!! You walked away with empty arms and a few things in a bag that the hospital gave you but you were given something lasting in the photos . . . this is such an important point to this whole program . . . lasting memories, visible memories, tangible memories . . .
Thank you Cheryl, Thank you Sam . . .
THANK YOU MADDUX!!!!

Yup! Big lump in my throat happened on the last line in the story. Something waiting for me - I could never in a million years thank Tina enough for bravely walking into that room that day. She could have just as easily said no I can't make it. But she didn't and here I am with lasting memories of my angel son Ethan!

Wonderful article Cheryl and Sam~
Who would have thought; one precious little baby boy, one family's special wish, and one photographer's gracious heart could have made this all possible~ *sending a hug up to heaven for Maddux*

I agree the last line is perfect; I remember leaving the hospital with stuff - a blanket, and a small memory box from the hospital, but all we really want is our baby in our arms. And getting those images of our babies a couple of weeks later - it was like getting a peice of Kavya back.
