High Risk Dr tomorrow

Ok so I will be 15 weeks tomorrow and I am finally going to see the high risk doctor. I am extremley anxious and nervous about the appt. I really hope that they will give me a definite plan for my pregnancy. I want to know when I will have u/s when I will have non stress tests when I will see the specialist and when I will see my midwife and I want to know at which point I will deliver. My midwife is not sure if I will deliver early or not but everything I have read says that I should. I also have an u/s today and I think we may find out the sex. We found out at 15 weeks with our daughter.
