NEED HELP!!

Please forward me names and numbers of contacts you have that are using our services in your area...the local hospice here that I have been doing these sessions for now wants to speak to others...one family was denied my service because the ED wants to have a procedure in place in order to "protect" themselves...please help me as there is another baby expected to arrive tomorrow and I would hate to have this happen to them...

Are you taking the Parents Consent form with you and leaving a copy, signed by the parents, with the ED? This form releases them from liability for our actions.

yes I do but they still seem concerned....they want to speak to other hopitals/hospices...

PLEASE make sure that you have their permission to be giving out their contact information. I know alot of nurses present NILMDTS to their parents, and are firm believers in this organization. But alot of nurses will not be able to talk on the record with out permission from the hospital directly. This can cause serious legal issues! I am personally removing all of this information...Please understand why...

This is why it is so important to get these responses from Medical Caregivers...
