I woke up Monday morning with a lot of anxiety about Damien's pictures. What if something happened. What if they got lost. What if the photographer hadn't checked to make sure and his camera hadn't been working? I was starting to get really nervous.

Then that afternoon they were in the mail. :) I couldn't get that package opened fast enough.

I uploaded them to photobucket. I will give you the link because I'm too tired to work on resizing them to post them here.

They are amazing. I wish I had some like that. We didn't know about NILMDTS so I only have a few pics that the hospital took. I was just wondering, did you get the color pics too? My pic of Isabella is in color. After I got home, I wanted to see it in black-and-white. I thought it would be easier to look at (she was only 23 weeks and VERY red). Since thjen I've had lots of touch-ups done, and many are in black-and-white, but I still cherrish my original color picture the most. Yes, she is very red, but that is how she was... it's how I remember her, ya know!?

Thank you so much for the responses.

He's not buried out here in Colorado. I've lived out here for 3 years and plan to stay for a while, but on the chance that I moved, I have no relatives out here or anything so I'd hate to leave and not have anyone here to go visit. I"m from Kansas and my mom still lives there, so he's there. It's hard not being able to go visit as much as I'd like but he's close to where my grandpa is (within like 15 feet) and that means a lot to me. I gave Damien the middle name of Carl, which was my grandpa's name. I was really close to him.

And I do have colored photos that my sister took. It's good to have both, but it's hard to look at the colored photos. He had a lot of bruising already. When I see it I think about him being in pain and I can't stand it, so I prefer to look at the black and white photos from my photographer. He looks at peace.
