This is Riley. She was born looking quite healthy and well on the outside, but looks can be so deceiving. Here are a few of the pictures I have of her. The last one is her teddy bear urn.

Riley is beautiful, so beautiful -- the first picture is incredible, she has such a look of discovery on her face! I have a similar picture of Bethany, although mine is blurry. I'll never forget those precious first few days of alertness.

Riley has beautiful hair, and beautiful eyes and a beautiful mouth. The photo of her laying on her side is just precious, and I love the one of the both of you together. Thank you so much for sharing more photos of Riley.

It seems bad that you have so much spare time on your hands right now, being on bed rest -- but the silver lining, for us anyways, is that we get to know you a little bit better. I'm praying for you, hoping that clot will be gone soon, and that you are finding a way to enjoy this quiet time in your pregnancy. 17 weeks is a great milestone!

My God, she is beautiful. It makes me tear up to look at the one with you and her together.

That is the last thing I did with Owen before I handed him to the nurse, I kissed his forehead and said goodbye. I can still remember how he smelled, and how his skin felt against my lips.

Anyway, they are just gorgeous pictures. Thank you for sharing them with us.
