I want to thank you all who replied to my thread of hurt, and anger.

To Karla, Sandra, Deb, Angi, HAINangel, and Tammy, you all felt my pain, and I wanted to tell you all how much it meant to receive your words of comfort, and prayers.

I ask you all to please pray from my husband and I, we have a meeting at 4:00 p.m. tomorrow with Upper management of the cemetery. I have written down all the points that I want to discus with them as to the handling of the ground, and the carelessness surrounding the circumstance of my daughter. I just pray that I keep it all together so that all my opinions are heard and my demands are meet.

I will keep you all post, again thank for understanding my anger.

Just a suggestion...You may want to write all of your thoughts and what you plan to say in a letter as well. The letter can be given to the management as you leave and you keep a copy for yourself. That way, your complaint will be in writing and just in case you forget something or you are too emotional to say it, it will be in the letter. Again--just a suggestion.

Deb,

Thank you so much, I had not thought of that, I only wrote down the points I want to discus, I will get to it now since I have so much to say in that letter.
Again thanks for your great suggestion..

Liz,
Deb has given you a very strong suggestion. Don't back down with them. I've got a hunch you won't, but, keep in mind that they deal with clients in moments of grief all the time, and they are quite good at it. So, stay strong.
I'm so sorry you even need to go through this. My Prayers are with you, and with His Guidance, you won't go wrong.

Liz,
I'll keep you in mind tomorrow. I hope you get everything down in the letter, discuss with your husband or have him reread to ensure that you have not left anything out. Stay strong and focused (as hard as that can be, I'll be all emotional), but most importantly you are doing this for your dear and beautiful daughter.
my sincerest support,
karla
