Help with pictures...

I was wondering how you shade on the pictures? Like on some of the photos I have seen everything is black and white but the blanket is colored pink. Is there a way I could do it from my computer?

You need a program you can use layers in, like Photoshop. You make the top layer b&w and the bottom stays color, then you bring back the color in one specific part (like the blanket) by "painting" over the area. It's fairly easy, but if you are not used to photo-editing, this probably sounds really complicated. :) There are lots of people on the forum who would be willing to do this for you, if you like, including myself. :)

Thanks guys! I tried the photo shop last night but the pictures are already black and white and i still couldnt figure it out/ =/

B & W, you will need to just "paint" in a color with the brush tool in PS. I usually use about 15-20% opacity. I'm available to help until Thursday, then off to Canada for a vacation. :)

My pictures of Kira were already in black and white and the blanket and or hat is in color. The photographer had taken them like that
