This is the most amazing program. As an NICU nurse, I see babies die everyday. I have often wondered about a program like this. I would like to present this idea to my management. Is there any literature or brochures you can send me regarding the program?
I just want to tell you that this site touched my heart. Sometimes in my job
you have to shut down your emotions and become hardened to the everyday happenings of the unit in order to get through the day. This website put a face on the families that we serve.
